Did you ever wonder what an event gathering the entire PricewaterhouseCoopers’staff is like? Then you should join in on our Staff day! This event is a key rendez-vous in June every year. Everything is tailored to make our Staff day the ultimate get together for all our people, putting forth values and themes such as fun, conviviality and most of all, team spirit. In many aspects, our Staff day represents a great reward for the work carried out by our people.
Christmas is by far one of the greatest celebrations in Europe. This accounts for our Christmas market being so successful year after year! If you fancy the taste and smell of delicious seasonal specialties and if you enjoy the “ Christmas spirit ”, you will love this event! If not, you will soon change your mind and will love it anyway, be it only for its tremendous ambiance. The Christmas market is not all about PricewaterhouseCoopers, it also gathers our staff-members’ families, as well as clients and alumni, offering them the atmosphere and the magic of Christmas.
The Management meeting takes place on a yearly basis, generally in September, after the nomination of the new partners, directors and managers (PDMs). The underlying concept of this event is to gather all the PDMs, for them to address together the major axes and pillars of our firm’s strategy, both on business and Human Capital levels. It is also the occasion to celebrate achievements and to connect with colleagues, as well as to congratulate the newly promoted members of the management.
Group meetings are an important means of communication between people and the partnership.
They consist in gathering information in advance with an open discussion forum where all employees can interact with partners on different subjects.
This is also the opportunity to get strategic information on the firm’s evolution.
